To ensure the best possible service, we use a ticketing system to answer your questions and address your concerns.
You can monitor the status of your enquiry and the responses to it online by using the ticket number given to you.
We keep a full record of your previous support requests and communications for your convenience. To file a ticket, you must have a working email address.
To submit a ticket, use the following steps:
- Click Open a New ticket > Create an account.
- On the Account Registration Page, fill up all the required fields and once you checked and confirmed all the information are all correct, click the Register Button.
- Once you Created an Account, there would be an email that will be sent to the email address that you've used to create your account. Once you received the email, click the link provided on the email to verify your account.
- After verifying your account, you can now submit a ticket by clicking the Open a New Ticket > Login.
